Information you submit
The quote form collects your dryer symptom, ZIP code, name, phone number and optional email. It also records the page used, referring website origin and basic campaign tags when available. Do not include sensitive information in your request.
How it is used
Information is used to review your request, contact you about it and, if available, share it with a dryer-vent professional who may be able to help. A request does not guarantee a provider match. We do not request payment through this website.
Storage and access
On the Netlify-hosted site, submissions are stored through Netlify Forms. Authorized operators can review requests independently of email notifications. Hosting providers may process technical logs to operate and secure the site.
Analytics
If Google Analytics is enabled, the site measures visits, form starts, confirmed submission-page events and call clicks. Form contact details are not intentionally sent in analytics events. Browser storage may be used to avoid counting direct visits to the thank-you page as a new request.
Your choices
You may choose not to submit the form. To request access, correction or deletion of submitted information, reply to an operator’s response to your request, or submit a request using the form below with the name field “Privacy request” and the same contact number. We may verify identity before changing or disclosing records.
